When Placing Order

Choose the items you like and add them to cart-> use coupon and check out-> fill in the shipping address and email-> complete payment and you will receive a confirmation email shortly(check SPAM box if you can’t see it normally)

Normally order will be shipped with around 1-3 working days. However, in peak season, it may take up to 5-7 working days, we will keep you informed if any delays happened.

When you order multiple products, the orders can come from different designers. In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different times.

Nomally you won’t. We will declare each bag less than 20usd and mark it as gift. We have sent over 10,000 parcels on 2020 and 99.7% of them passed custom without problem.

After Shipping

International shipping is not 100% controable, about 0.03% of our parcels might get lost and we will offer you following solutions if it’s lost: 1) sending you a new parcel right away. 2)making full refund to you right away

First you need to check the tracking number on the parcel, compare it to the tracking number on our website and see whether they are same.
If they are same they please take photos for the tracking lable and the products you received. We will offer you solutions in 24 hours.
